About Kahoot! for Schools
Kahoot! for Schools brings the game-based quiz format into the classroom. Teachers can run quizzes, polls and other interactive activities that pupils answer live, which makes it useful for checking understanding quickly. The listing highlights its use for pre-trip briefings and recap sessions as well as everyday teaching and getting a hall full of pupils involved during events.
Why we include them
A short quiz before a visit can cover meeting points, behaviour expectations and key facts about the venue without it feeling like a lecture. Repeating it after the trip shows what pupils remember. At a PTA quiz night or open evening, a live poll on the hall screen is an easy way to get parents joining in.
